The Role


We are looking for a dynamic marketer who is adept at working in a fast-paced environment to support activities related to marketing initiatives and business development goals. You will be exposed to many facets of the business and will be required to implement initiatives as well as proactively manage marketing requirements.


In adherence to our brand guidelines and under the direction of a supervisor, the successful candidate will:

  • Organize and maintain brand asset library
  • Prepare portfolio presentations, pitches and Request for Proposal (RFP)
  • Manage and create content for social media and website
  • Build and manage project submissions for design competitions
  • Prepare marketing collateral for conferences and trade shows
  • Create graphic design layouts for corporate ads and sponsorships
  • Develop and manage e-mail campaigns
  • Manage internal marketing-related communications

Education and Experience

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or other relevant certification
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • A background in an architecture and/or design firm or communications agency is an asset


Software Competencies

  • Adobe Creative Cloud with mastery in InDesign. Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop are assets
  • MS Office / Office 365
  • Website analytics and SEO (i.e., Google)
  • WordPress (or equivalent content management system for web and in-house website updates)
  • Buffer, Hootsuite (or equivalent content management system for social media platforms)
  • Mailchimp (or equivalent marketing automation platform for e-mail campaigns)
