What would it be like to be a Marketing & Communications Coordinator at GH+A?

As a Communications and Marketing Coordinator, you would work in close collaboration with Marketing and HR. You would be expected to assist in the production of graphic content and copywriting for various communication and sales tools including: advertising, corporate brochures and presentations. The successful candidate must be meticulous and adept at multi-tasking. The job offers a dynamic and creative work environment.

Here are some of them:

  • Participate in the creation of promotional material of the firm such as: advertising, brochures, portfolio presentations, customized presentations for potential clients and internal communications
  • Coordinate the production of promotional material with printers and associations
  • Assist with the portfolio, presentations and website updates
  • Write and revise texts for a variety of communication and sales tools
  • Perform other related clerical duties, as required

What are the ”must-haves” for this position?

Education and Experience

  • Diploma in marketing, communications, graphic design, or any other relevant certification (DEC, AEC)
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

Abilities

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Creative Suite
  • Bilingual (French/English; spoken and written)
  • Strong writing and translating skills (short text)
  • Proactive and able to take the initiative
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects on a daily basis
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a PC environment
  • Knowledge of printing techniques and ability to prepare files for press (asset)
  • Experience with content management systems, web publishing systems and social medias (asset)
  • Understanding of colours, typography, and current trends in graphic design (asset)
  • Strong creative outlook
