A bustling gourmet market with over 130,000 square feet of innovative food and food-related purveyors breathes new life into a vacant anchor tenant space. On point with the new generation of retail thinking, the existing fashion focus of the shopping centre is complemented and enhanced by a community-centered food destination. Celebrating the local land, offerings include both permanent and seasonal food vendors offering the best “produits du terroir” from Quebec, Greater Montreal and its surrounding agricultural regions.
With more than 40 culinary artisans, specialty food producers and restaurateurs in the former Target space, the new CF Marché des Promenades delivers a diversity of food and experiences. Local food producers, restaurateurs, and an organic supermarket rub shoulders in a vast environment that promotes continuous discovery while paying homage to natural materials, handcrafted methods, and the comfort of worn wood.
An outdoor space accessible all year-round accommodates farmers’ produce and products as well as various events such as a Christmas market or a traditional spring sugar shack.
