FIKA Cannabis

Toronto, Ontario

take a breather.

In Swedish, FIKA is often translated as “a coffee and treat break”, but it’s more of a state of mind, and a powerful concept that encourages you to pause and enjoy the everyday beauty in life.

Toronto’s Distillery District is home to the first FIKA Cannabis flagship retail experience; a redefining cannabis approach for the modern consumer occupying 1678 sq ft within a protected 19th Century heritage building on a quaint cobblestone pedestrian street.

The cannabis lifestyle concept is inspired by stylish sophistication and attention to craftsmanship, details, and customized merchandising. A branded lenticular art installation welcomes you. Three centrally located organic shaped flower bars in fluted walnut and stone are the heartbeat of the store, and allow for one-on-one personalized service. Magnifying domes display cannabis flower by strain and strength making it easy to navigate to the product that is right for you.  A breathtaking plant art installation organically floats around the central column above the flower bars gives an ethereal ambiance to the space.

A convenient pickup & specialty wrap station in branded blue wood chevron caters to the neighbourhood consumer. The Vintages section will offer exclusive retail capsule collections and proprietary branded collaborations on a rotating basis offering the most sought-after Canadian growers. The space was purposefully designed to flex, and can convert into a private event space when needed. The original concrete columns, floor, and brick walls remain as authentic backdrops to the warm, modern, elevated design.

FIKA culture… ”take a breather“ in a place of discovery, curiosity and modern wellness.
